Orders and Shipping

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs receiving full payment for readymade jewellery. Personalised handmade items that a custom made will be posted 3-5 days. I will always email you and you will know how your custom item is going.

All jewellery items are posted via Australia Post. Australia Post – Regular, Registered or Express Post - shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and destination of the parcel.

All purchases whether it's a gift for yourself or for someone you love, it comes beautifully presented in an elegant handmade gift pouch or gift wrapping.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Please ensure that your address is correct. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, R & S Designs will not refund your payment.

Australia Standard Shipping – will be posted Priority Mail which means you will receive 2-4 days no tracking. You can choose Registered and Express which do have tracking.

Shipping Worldwide - You can choose Standard post, Registered or Express Post.  Standard has got a little tracking from when it arrives in your county and has gone through customs, then you can track from most countries.

Returns Policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase or exchange it. We will be happy to exchange your purchase or refund after receiving back the item/s (return postage buyers expense). We will not refund if the goods are damaged or faulty or have been hand stamped and personalised for you unless it is the wrong spelling.

In the event that you wish to proceed with a return, or exchange, please email us at support@sandrdesigns.com with the details of your return request and order number. We will then issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Your RA number needs to be displayed in the return packaging in order for your return to be processed quickly and efficiently. 
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date and need to be in their original packaging and condition. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your goods. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. We suggest that you consult with Australia Post, or your country's Post Office for the most secure way to send your parcel, and keep proof of postage. Credit vouchers or refund will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges are not refundable. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
